LeapSheep – Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms
1.1 Our Startup Builder TM subscription is provided on a 3, 6 or 12 month basis, with upfront payment due and payable via online payments, for the subscription period selected.
2. Subscription Auto Renew
2.1 Your subscription will auto renew for the same subscription period each cycle.
2.2 A receipt will be provided by the online payment processing service to your registered email.
2.3 You will be notified of the upcoming payment both 2 weeks and 3 days (calendar days) in advance of the payment being processed.
2.4 If your subscription renewal does not proceed due to an expired card or insufficient funds, you will receive a notification from the online payment processing service. (We will also be notified). We will provide a grace period of 2 weeks (ie. 14 calendar days), after which time your subscription will be paused.
2.5 Your subscription can be renewed at any time, and access to LeapSheep systems will be restored.
3. Pausing or Cancelling a Subscription
3.1 Cancelling prior to renewal of your subscription
3.1.1 Access to LeapSheep systems will be removed, including Dropbox, Trello & Loom (video content) at the end of the subscription period.
3.2 Pausing part way through your subscription period
3.2.1 You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months, by sending an email to support@leapsheep.biz and retain access to LeapSheep systems, including Dropbox, Trello & Loom (video content). You will receive a receipt confirmation from our team. After being paused for 3 months, your subscription status will update to be cancelled - refer to 3.1 for further details.
3.2.2 You can recommence your subscription by sending an email to support@leapsheep.biz. You will receive a receipt confirmation from our team.
3.2.3 At the time of recommencing your subscription, you will be charged the current subscription rate for the period you sign up for when the next renewal is due.
3.3 Cancelling your subscription part way through your subscription period
3.3.1 You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to support@leapsheep.biz. You will receive a receipt confirmation from our team.
3.3.2 We will provide a refund on the following basis:
- If you have subscribed for 3 months, no refund.
- If you have subscribed for 6 months and consumed 3 or less months of our service we will provide a refund for 3 months.
- If you have subscribed for 12 months and consumed 6 or less months of our service we will provide a refund for 6 months.
4. Access to Video Content
4.1 Customers will be provided with access (via Loom) to video content at various times.
4.2 Video content will be available to customers during their subscription period, see 3. Pausing a Subscription for more details.
5. Responding to Calendar Appointments
5.1 Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible to all appointment invitations by RSVP. We are all working towards your success, and in this way, we respect your time, and we kindly ask you please respect ours.
6. Headsets for Online Sessions
6.1 We expect all participants to use their own headset and camera. If we cannot hear or see you clearly, we cannot understand you clearly which makes it difficult to give you the best assistance and this results in a frustrating and tiring experience for all participants.
7. Session Cancellations
7.1 Our session cancellation policy is:
For cancellations with greater than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be rescheduled if we have an available slot. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited (allowing for extenuating circumstances).
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with due care and responsibility. By you agreeing to the LeapSheep Terms & Conditions with your LeapSheep service purchase you indicate that you have had sufficient opportunity to access our Privacy Policy and that you have read and accepted it.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 We assign all rights, title and interest of any intellectual property developed as a result of mentoring, training or coaching sessions back to you.
9.2 We reserve the right to showcase anonymised client work in case studies, online portfolios, or other submissions.
10. Customer Support
10.1 Support requests sent via the email address support@leapsheep.biz will be responded to within 2 business days.
10.2 If the support request cannot be resolved within 2 business days you will be provided with an estimated resolution time.
10.3 LeapSheep publish a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that contains the answers to many of your support requests.
11. Changes to our Terms & Conditions
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. We may modify them at any time, at our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on this website. Please return periodically to review our any updates.
